Option 1:
1. First, backup your "dlgsplash" file located under "Uires".
2. Rename your new splash screen "dlgsplash".
3. Place your new splash screen in the "Uires" file.
Option 2:
1. Download the wonderful splash screen randomizer v2.5 by Geoffrey Schreiber.
2. Place the Crash_Splash screen in your new "SplashScreens" file.
